The suggested work around is not effective when trying to manage live material
in the presentation - video's, web site links as clicking to recover the cursor
moves the page on as well. One solution is to open the page menu (right click
on the touch pad and then that brings the cursor back. Not very impressive
though when trying to promote the value of open source to school teachers!

Its a pity that something like this cannot be sorted as it spoils the
experience for users and watchers.
