It would be very useful if you could redo the same document, save it in OpenDocument Format (ODF) and attach it to this bug report. Additionally it would be interesting if you explained how do you proceed to create you document. Which shape in graphic toolbar do you use? Please could you confirm that you use the version 3.5.7 provided by your Ubuntu distribution? This version is rather old and many improvements related to Open XML format have been done since version 4. Set status to NEEDINFO.
