Problem description:
When the language in Writer is Serbian, two initial caps won't be corrected,
although that option is checked. When the language is English, it works as it
should.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch the language to Serbian.
2. Type a word with two initial capitals (LIke THis)
3. ....
Current behavior:
Won't change the second capital to lowercase.
Expected behavior:
Change the second capital to lowercase.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/535.11 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Ubuntu/11.10 Chromium/17.0.963.79 Chrome/17.0.963.79 Safari/535.11
