In the config files for Libreoffice, they have a link to the spec for that
config file.
The url is http://www.openoffice.org/2001/<config_name> The problem is that now
404's.
Either The Document Foundation has those specs at a different url and
Libreoffice needs to be updated to use the new url when writing config files.
Or, someone needs get the specs and publish them somewhere for sysadmins to be
able to read.
