Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Draw a shape
3) The 'Drawing Object Properties' toolbar's 'Alignment' split button
(.uno:ObjectAlign) is disabled
This is a different case for impress/draw where the split button is active
after drawing a shape. This causes a problem to what user's expect as when they
insert an image in writer, there are vertical and horizontal alignment buttons
to use.
