There are a few issues that appear to be similar, but not exact. What I am
seeing is that when you click any of the toolbar dropdown arrows that open the
color picker, it bounces to the middle of the LO canvas for 1-2 seconds and
then pops into the right position thereafter.
I was able to get a clean bibisect of when it failed:
