zip archive containing source ODT, "saved as" DOCX, and PNG screenshot.
When an ODT is "Saved As" 2013 DOCX format, the table of contents layout and
format is different in the docx format compared to the original odt format.
Attached are the odt and docx files, and a screen shot of the 2 files.
