To reproduce:
- Open a new worksheet in Calc, add window splitting somewhere via
Window>Split.
- Save as a .xlsx file.
- When the worksheet is opened in Excel 2011, sheet protection will be enabled,
meaning the window can't be moved or resized until "Unprotect Workbook" is
selected in the Excel menus.
