- set the coordinate origin to some in the middle of the page.
- create a new horizontal snap line and try to enter a negative value
the dialog is accepting the negative value, but set the snap line shows at y=0.
moving the snap line per mouse do a negative value is possible. but you can't
edit the exact position of the snap line via the dialog.
