Refer to the feature documented in:
https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Styles_in_Writer
When selecting the Hierarchical group, I expect sibling styles to be sorted
alphabetically.
Styles that have a parent are correctly listed in alphabetical order.
Problem:
Top level styles are listed in the order they are read from XML rather than
alphabetically.
