zip with ODT, DOCX files and screen snippet as PNG file.
Doc in ODT format contains image w/caption. Save as 2013 docx format, and
re-open in Writer. The caption is divided between the top and bottom of the
image. (This may be related to bug 81567, though here I am opening the docx
file in LO, not MS Word).
