In release 4.4.3, the random number dialog for filling data is broken
Edit - Fill - Random Numbers
1) Setting Min and Max spin buttons are intermizxed
2) Cannot set a decimal place equals to ZERO. minimum value accepted is 1
(Rounding numbers)
These bugs restricts usage of the feature.
