My findings:

This was never implemented right - it's not a regression, simply bad
implementation somewhere in the 4.1 series.

As for the priority - I'm changing it for a couple reasons:

1) Clearly not affecting a ton of people, a couple dupes over two years;

2) You're not going to lose any data unless you specifically say "no" to saving
when you try to close - if LibrOffice crashes, your auto recovery works fine

3) This was a *new* feature in 4.1 - worst case we should just remove it as it
never worked right (something I'll probably do just to avoid confusion)

That being said:
Major - can result in loss of data if a user deliberately chooses not to save
manually when the save prompt comes on;
High - default for major issues, seems appropriate.
