The fullscreen mode toolbar appear only the first time we use the fullscreen
mode.
How to redroduce :
− enter in fullscreen mode (ctrl+shift+J)
− we can see the fullscreen toolbar
− then leave fullscreen mode (esc or ctrl+shift+j)
− the re-enter in fullscreen mode (ctrl+shift+j)
− there is not any toolbar yet...
