Used LO Version 3.6. German UI.
Open Base; Database wizard opens. Screenshot 1.
Select "Create..."; "Next"; Next dialog opens. Screenshot 2.
Select "Register...", "Open for editing"; "Fertig.."; SaveAS Dialog opens.

After "save": a messagebox opens with the message that LO requires a Java JRE
and that the selected JRE would be defect. Screenshots 4, 5
I checked in menu Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Erweitert: The currently
installed JRE from Oracle 1.8.0_45 ist recognized. Screenshot 6
I tried again to create / open a database - the same error.
I updated to LO 4.4.3.2 and tried the same again - the same error.
I cannot believe that the JRE is defect; but what is wrong that LO cannot
create / open its own databases? As far as I know, Oracle 1.8.0_45 should be
the current JRE.
