I mean I think I saw it when tried something like 9.04 or 11.04 on another PC
long time ago.

Actually it's quite hard for me to reproduce it even on my main account (btw
when I was taking screencast I had one more window of Libre Office opened and
it behaved normally). So I wasn't able to reproduce in on guest account, but
also I haven't seen it for two days on my main account. I've also definitely
seen it on clean account some time before, but I thought it should be some
well-known bug, and now I was surprised after I wasn't able to google it.
