1. New Text Document.
2. Insert → Text Box and draw it and type “this is a test”.
3. Right click on Text Box → Position and Size and set Width to 4.00cm.
4. Click into Text Box and right click on text → Paragraph → Alignment tab, set
Options to “Justified” and Last line to “Justified” and OK.
Expected Result:
The text in the Text Box expands to fill the available area.
Result:
The text in the Text Box does not expand to fill the available area.

To ensure that this bug was not restricted to a single line paragraph, I typed
more text into the Text Box and the result was the same.
