            Bug ID: 91339
Summary: [feature request] Allow a per component installation
                    of the suite
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Currently, installing Libreoffice means installing the full suite with all
components (writer, calc, base, impress, etc.).

Some distributions were offering this (like Archlinux), but some tricky
inter-dependencies made the project too tedious to keep it this way.

Debian still offers such a split, but they face the same kind of problems
(https://wiki.debian.org/LibreOffice).

Calligra is another suite à la Libreoffice that is split into components
upstream, and allows the installation of each of its components independently
(words, sheets, krita, karbon, etc.).

Would it be possible to implement such a thing?
