Change tracking dialog, that should have an option to disable it
When change tracking is enabled, libreoffice displays a dialog box that it can
affect performance. This happens every time a document is open.
Please, add a checkbox "don't show again" to disable this warning. I've never
had a case that Libreoffice was slow.
