In Writer context menu on an index entry, the "Index Entry" has been renamed to
"Edit Index Entry" since 5.0. To be consistent, the three items in similar
context menus should be also renamed:
Footnote/Endnote -> Edit Footnote/Endnote
Bibliography Entry -> Edit Bibliography Entry
Fields -> Edit Fields
