context sub-menu for selection in table
In Writer, context menu for table contains the "Select" item (since 5.0).
Sub-menu for this item has "Rows", "Columns", "Table" and "Cell" items. They
should be all in singular (i.e. "Row" and "Column") because only one row or one
column is selected by these choices.
