I can hide and unhide form controls by anchoring them to a hidden paragraph. I
can hide/unhide them by anchoring them to a frame which is anchored to a hidden
paragraph.
But if I anchor form controls to a frame in a hidden section, they do not
reappear after unhiding the section. Expected behaviour: everything anchored
to the frame should re-appear with the frame.
Using 4.4.3.2 on Win7 but this behaviour seems to have been around for years.
