Guess ticking styles of pages where should and where not be a header or footer
is unusefull. Instead of this this menu should act only with current page style
and offer inserting some info to footer|header. For instance pointer is on
Basic page style. You click Insert - Footer - Page number. After this Writer
creates footer in current page and adds there page number.
BTW this will solve one of the most difficult part of LO for newbies and
post-MSO - inserting page number. Really hard task :)
