Try renaming your LO user profile and restarting LibreOffice (a new profile will be created in <myusername>/Library/Application Support/. If the problem is still resent, look at your icon them settings in LibreOffice under Preferences - LibreOffice - Display. Setting to NEEDINFO pending requested information.
