documantation is not completely accessible for blinds which i tested on
windows. we can not read help via arro keys by nvda. most of the times it does
need mouse. and even when we install offline help file discribtion for menu and
dialogs are not completely accessible via keyboard and nvda does not it by
default or by arro keys.
