(1) In Start Center under the heading Create, observe "Draw Drawing"
with the second "R" underlined.
(2) Type "R".
Expected : The program opens Draw Window "Untitled 1" and gives it
focus.
Obaserved : No action.
On Linux, I see this in dbgutil version 2015-05-31 ...
