With the Option Tools->Compatibility "Use printer metrics for document
formatting" checked, renders the writer the Frutiger font and text cursor
correctly. If the option is disabled, the character spacing is wrong. The
cursor is also drawn in the wrong place.
The rendering of Frutiger LT 45 LightItalic does not depend on the option.
