Steps:
1) Open Impress
2) Select 'Title, Content' Layout
3) Click in the content section and type some text after the bullet point
4) Deselect the textbox
5) Click to edit the text you just typed in
6) Border around the textbox isnt visible
This behaviour doesnt happen with the title textbox or a newly drawn textbox.
Regression that began in 4.1, as this works correctly in 4.0.6.
