You have reintroduced a nuisance which you had fixed several years ago. If the
user presses Alt-F, S redundantly (i.e. when the file has not been changed),
the file menu appears with the "Save" option disabled, and the user must press
ESC to return to the document. As I argued previously, and as you agreed
previously, it makes no sense to penalize the user for such a redundant save.
The right thing is simply to return the user to the document without requiring
the additional ESC key-stroke. You fixed this once, please fix it again.
