To reproduce the problem:
1. Create or open a spreadsheet that contains the XIRR function. For example,
open the attached xirr-test.xls file.
2. Exit LibreOffice.
The Windows Action Center Reliability Monitor now shows a critical event for
LibreOffice Stopped working.
