I loaded the test file, selected an array of 9x12 from the ChurchEst sheet, and clicked on the Insert Chart icon in the toolbar, which started the wizard and inserted a bar chart successfully. If there are particular steps needed to reproduce this bug, please list them in the appropriate order, so that we can test.
