Sample drawing to illustrate the problem
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Impress, Draw, or Writer draw a shape
2. Rotate the shape
3. Save as PPTX or DOCX
4. Open in Impress/Powerpoint or Word/Writer
Instead of saving the original shape + a rotation angle, it looks like impress
is saving a rotated version of the original shape + a rotation angle.
