Creating a new style different than Standard for number and apply it to the new cell before insert the formula, the style is respected. 2) IF returns a zero in boolean format if the third parameter is omitted, it's how it works, add a zero as third parameter and you receive a non boolean zero as result. Please in the future use one bug by issue.
