It is not possible to reach rotate-mode of an object by using two mouse-clicks.
Up to LibO 4.4 the following workflow works correct:
- create an object (rectangle for ecxample)
- first click on the object will select the object and you are noc in
scale-modus.
You normaly saw greeen - and now blue - points arround.
- a second click change mode to rotaion mode, the point become small red
circles and you can rotate the object with the mouse.
This doen´t work in 5.0.0.0.beta3 Win64bit build.
first click is ok, a second click do not have any actions. A double-click works
fine to enter textmode.

Win 8.1, 64 bit,
