Arc position before and after
See the attached screenshot and test file with the following example:
ELLIPSE [300, 300, 3h, 5h]
Test:
1. Open the test document.
2. Switch on View‣Toolbars‣Logo toolbar and click on the Start icon.
3. Save and reload the document. There is the original arc in a bad position.
