I am not able to change the with of rows/columns for tables in Writer any more.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a 2*2 table in Writer;
2. Move your cursor to any of the boundaries of columns/rows, so that the
cursor becomes a double-arrow which allows you to change the width/height;
3. Try to change the width/height of columns/rows.
Current Behaviour:
You are not able to change the width/height in step 3.
Expected:
Writer should allow you change the width/height in step 3.
This is a regression, as it works perfectly in the old versions.
