When opening a document that is in write-protected state, e.g. when opening an
XLS file downloaded via Firefox, the controls to
* zoom
* set orientation
* margins
are disabled (greyed out).
In my opinion they should not be disabled, as from a user point of view the
controls do not alter the document contents in any way.
