Test document
The font fallback for characters not supported by the current font does not
seem to work with GTK3 VCL “plugin” (I didn’t even know that the choice of the
graphics toolkit has effect on this). Font fallback works again when forcing
GTK2 plugin (by setting SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk).
