If no text is selected and a comment is then inserted, italics, bold, etc can
be used in the comment box. However if text is selected and then a comment is
inserted (highlighting the selected text), italics, bold, etc can't be used in
the comment box. I would expect to be able to use italics in comments in both
situations.
