1) Create a writer document with an index (or use a writer document)
2) Create a few new pages (is not necessary, but so you can see it, the bug is
not hidden by 15f or 17ff)
3) On the last page write a word, which is already in the index
4) Try to put this word in the index WITHOUT re-indexing!

Working, when clicking on renew all (or something like that IMHO F9)
