After entering a cell for editing (F2 or DoubleClick) the context menu is
available (by RightClick) - under conditions. It is not available if a formula
is recognized. As pasting by Ctrl+V is also possible while editing formulae
there should not be a clear reason for the exception. The behavior should be
harmonized.
