This bug persists in version 4.4.4.3 as reported in bug Id 79260. This can be
reproduced by the following steps:
1) Create a new spreadsheet.
2) Select a cell, then right click and select the format cell menu item.
3) Select the borders tab.
4) Select any one of the default line arrangements and click the Ok button.
The borders are rendered as expected.
5) Save the file and close. The image in the collective view is as expected.
6) Open the spreadsheet. The borders have disappeared.
