Context menu with French UI
Calc have missing option in the context menu when the UI localization is French
Works fine with the UI localization is En_US
The OS is Debian 8 with LANG=en_US.utf8, with Libreoffice from Debian Backports
The localization is changed by the Options menu > Languages parameters
Version affected: 4.4.3 and 4.4.4
I'm not sure if that a Debian package issue or LO.
