It may be difficult to reproduce this issue on a healthy document because my
.odt comes from a conversion from .docx.
Some remarks:
- I have setup all the "Contents n" styles to inherit from the corresponding
"Heading n" style
- None of the previous styles have any configured inserted break
- All previous styles have the "Do not split Paragraph" and "Keep with next
Paragraph" settings
