JBF On OS X it is not that uncommon, in fact, many OS X programs have the feature built into the window of the application. Here is an example I made for someone in a different forum to show how it is used: http://tmp.gallopinginsanity.com/os-x-move-rename/ This same feature, if fixed, would likely lead to the "Open Recent" feature working as it does on most OS X programs - if you move or rename a file, you can still access it from the Open Recent file menu (and Dock menu, too).
