So adding : export NSS_USE_SHARED_DB=enabled export MOZILLA_CERTIFICATE_FOLDER=sql:$HOME/.pki/nssdb and restarting machine did not solved. AT ANY CASE, LIBRE OFFICE SHOULD IT SELF START READING SMART CARD WHITOUT FIRST READING BY MOZILLA.
