greyed out control icons
F5 and the view slideshow button do not start the presentation, but all UI
buttons become disabled as though it is about to start. (See top screen dump)
Interestingly, alt-tabbing through windows shows a full screen window created
by libreoffice impress however it is transparent (See 2nd screen dump, window
in upper part of screen, near cursor. Not obvious, but you can see the
outline).
