Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. open a .doc/.odt document template that has Hebrew/RTL language characters
(the bigger - with pages, characters - the better)
2. try to scroll up and down or edit the document
3. scrolling is smooth as butter (as in Latin/English)
Current behavior: slow and laggy like hell.
Expected behavior: smooth and fact like a hot knife through butter
