Okay, I tried it. Seriously? 

Guess I'm not impressed...but...congratulations???

An inelegant, brute force solution. Think I'll go back to what I had. Was
working very well. I mean, I could have come up with this 10 years ago &--& or
*--*, or #---#, etc...

Or maybe I'm just not getting this...
