1. In Writer, File → Templates → Manage → Business Correspondence.
2. Select one of the templates and click on Properties.
3. Close Template Properties dialogue and click off of the template icon.
Result:
Icon names disappear.
I can get the icons to disappear when there are the two default templates but
if I try the same thing with My Templates which has four templates then it does
not happen.
